The Electronics Group Recruitment (hereinafter referred to as ‘we/us/our) is a recruitment business which provides recruitment services to its clients and work-seekers.   • To operate, maintain and improve our website, including analytics, security and user experience. 

Where we process special category data or carry out background screening, we will obtain your explicit consent or rely on lawful grounds allowed under data protection law.  

Who we may share your data with 

  • Internal team members involved in recruitment, assessment or HR processes, but only those who need access to perform their roles.  
  • External third parties only when necessary — for example: background check providers, right-to-work verification services, or if required by law.

Where and how we store your data
 
Your data will be stored securely. Electronic data on secure servers with restricted access and any paper records (if held) in secure, locked storage. Access is limited to authorised personnel only.

How long we keep your data
